The course is step by step instructions starting from tub time through stroke development. There are video modules which reinforce verbal cues that we use for our children and the kids we swim with. It’s broken down step by step, for all stages of comfort and development. This is 20+ years of swim lessons, crammed into one course, & you will find it beneficial.
Over the last 20+ Years we have been working with children as young as six months old, and adults into their 80’s. It’s vital that parents get their children comfortable in the water as soon as possible, as it makes all stages of their swim development that much easier, as well as cheaper in the long run.

We travel to homes throughout Northern New Jersey.
